Description:

• Shield Smart is an online self-defense and personal safety discussion series that teaches girls how to recognize risk, set boundaries, and respond confidently in unsafe situations. The program includes guided discussions, scenario-based learning, and limited instructor-led demonstrations that can be safely followed at home.
